Jan 21, 2024 - Exactly the same issue here in the last 2 days. No remote (including soundbox original) will control the volume. Very strange!! Any ideas welcome -

May 11, 2026 - You need to search Sky website for firmware update. Put it on a USB drive and insert it at the back and reboot the soundbox.
